Maria G. Matinez's Breakfast With my Mother performs with Marcella Pabros-Clark's Healing Mars. The double bill launches TeAda Productions' 7th annual festival.

Martinez's play concerns three generations of Chicana women and the role reversal of their lives, as dementia enters the isolated world of retirement, gardens, and Spanish-language tlevision. Pabros-Clark's piece "delves into the world of going against doctor's orders . . . challenging the monsters of prescription drugs and health insurance."

Fringe Theatre and presented by The Loft Ensemble; Scottish playwright Anthony Neilson's Stitching, a dark comedy about a tempestuous relationship, at the Lillian Theater; Menander Theater Company's production of Feydeau's farce, Paradise Hotel at Meta Theatre; John Patrick Shanley's Beggars in the House of Plenty at Theatre/Theater; and em>Six Years Sharr White's play about six years in the lives of "the Greatest Generation."

"STAGE DOOR" PRESENTED BY FAKE RADIO

Old-time radio comedy troupe, Fake Radio, presents an adaptation of the RKO film that tells the story of several would-be actresses in a boarding house on West 58th Street in New York. The movie starred Katharine Hepburn, Ginger Rogers and Lucille Ball.
