Location: Congress and 7th Street, headed towards the Texas State Capitol Building

Why We Stopped and Watched:
Proof that locals still rally to "Keep Austin Weird." Plus, George W. Bush gave us a thumbs up while wearing prison stripes and carrying a pooper-scooper.
