"Hollywood co-op neighbors are at war over the presence of domesticated chickens in the back yard, one neighbor is defiantly trying to buy up the building, and Joseph Stalin has crashed through the roof - only to be elected President of the Homeowners' Association! This subversive new comedy reveals the many different meanings of "home" as it jaywalks across the intersection of civil rights and domestic security."
