The little topless bar in Canoga Park has stale pretzels resting on the counter and patrons who all seem to know each other, horsing around like a bunch of high school buddies at their 25th reunion. No hot blooded male genuine strip club aficionado would go near 8 of the 10 clubs listed here after a first taste. The list was compiled by women and it shows. These are the clubs where women and the hip scenesters feel comfortable. Real strip clubs in contemporary L.A.are about erection building (and sometimes relief). The era of strip clubs being about "fantasy" is long over in SoCal. Strip clubs are about action that consummates the visual tease. The clubs on this list are for pussies and limp dicks.
