Nothing completes an Argentinian film series like free tango lessons, at least for the thoughtful folks at the American Cinematheque. They've hired the Oxygen Tango School to put some dancing shoes to work at the Egyptian's courtyard before the theater's presentation of the films

The Last Elvis. The first is about an unlikely duo of a bad-tempered newspaper-clipping collector and a Chinese immigrant, and the latter concerns an obsessive Elvis impersonator and his daughter, Lisa Marie.

Climate-change skeptics and fans of stunning cinematography alike are in for an eye-dilating experience in
Chasing Ice. While working on a commission from the National Geographic in the Arctic, renowned environmental photographer James Balog sought to capture evidence of the alarming disappearance of ancient glaciers, and his findings were turned into a documentary. USC's Ray Stark Family Theatre will host a free, early screening of the film tonight to be followed by a Q&A with director Jeff Orlowski.
