Among the middle-aged princesses who've been born out of Bravo's Real Housewives franchise, Andy Cohen has always been king.

As both a high-level network executive and an on-air personality who regularly interviews the women, he's in a unique position to oscillate between superfan and superior. He pals around with the ladies both at cast reunions and on his late-night talk show, where they're frequent guests, yet puts them on the spot with cringe-worthy questions they have no choice but to answer. (When your boss asks you a question, don't you typically answer it?)

Usually it's fun to watch. But the other night during his interview with Beverly Hills Housewife Kim Richards, Andy crossed the line, exploiting his position by conducting a completely inappropriate interview with a woman just days out of rehab.

Those delicious three weeks in which Andy Cohen forces the ladies to relive every tension-filled moment from the past 18 episodes they've supposedly "grown from" or "moved past." Holy Jeebus, Paul Nassif, are you dying? You have to be dying. Has anything more horrifying than your post-colonoscopy fart festival ever happened on reality TV? Why in the name of Andy Cohen would you allow cameras to follow you into an up-the-butt medical procedure?

The only way Lisa Vanderpump could get through her party was by drinking heavily.

Was it just us, or did Lisa Vanderpump's launch of SUR Lounge feel less like an upscale restaurant opening and more like a sorority formal afterparty gone wrong? There were ex-bffs at the door, "the other woman" serving drinks, girls getting drunk and tormenting friends with vibrators then locking themselves in the bathroom for no reason (so Kappa Kappa Gamma) and of course, sisters fighting.

Don't you just love when double standards are disproved? Case in point: that persistent belief that when men speak their minds, they're "assertive," but when women do it, they're "bitchy."

Well, last night, Kyle Richard's husband, the ever-dreamy Mauricio Umansky, decided to speak up on the subject of sister-in-law Kim Richard's selfish, erratic and downright troubling behavior, and it was pretty much the bitchiest catfight we've seen all season.

In last night's episode, the better part of the RHOBH gang headed to Hawaii to celebrate Mauricio Umansky's birthday (because, of course, who needs a trip with the boys when you can tow along your wife's TV friends?) and we had the pleasure of watching Brandi Glanville cut loose on a cocktail of Xanax and booze. Is Brandi the new Kim Richards? We kind of hope so, because her incoherent rants are a lot funnier. More on those in a moment.

Taylor Armstrong, getting bounced from the White Party.

Ah, Housewives and their ever-evolving definition of how to be a friend. So far this season we've learned that it's improper to start sentences with "I'm not your friend," (thanks, Lisa) especially when offering up your mansion as a place of refuge from one's abusive husband. From Taylor, we learned the pearl of wisdom that is "If you can't be my friend, just please don't be my enemy." Then, last night, Adrienne Maloof revealed her No. 1 friendship commandment: "Friends don't sue friends." These are important rules to know if you want to get into Beverly Hills parties.

Last night's RHOBH episode was a battle between Adrienne Maloof and Lisa Vanderpump to see who could out-Vegas the other. In one corner we had Maloof, owner of the Palms Casino, "rolling out the red carpet" with connections and comps galore. In the other we had Vanderpump, and the Chippendales. Who came out victorious?

Brandi Glanville hosted her first Housewives soiree -- a wedge shoe party -- in hopes of showing the ladies that hanging out with her can be drama-free. Instead it spiraled into kerfuffle of screaming, tears and nipples. You just can't take these girls nowhere, can you?

Adrienne Maloof and Lisa Vanderpump hug it out. Does this conflict look resolved or what?

Where is our pesky gajillionaires etiquette manual when we need it? We hate when we can't figure out which Vegas hotel owner friend we should choose to host our daughter's bachelorette party.

Such was Lisa Vanderpump's dilemma, and what sparked a tiff between her and fellow Housewife Adrienne Maloof, owner of the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas. Adrienne was miffed that Lisa's daughter, Pandora, was set to have her hens weekend at Planet Hollywood -- the owner of which is also a dear friend of Lisa's, and offered to host Pandy and her dozens of drunk friends. Hear that, Adrienne? Offered. Adrienne thought Lisa should have asked her to "roll out the red carpet" at the Palms because, we guess, one bizillionaire asking another to comp 10 suites and keep champagne flowing for 72 hours is no imposition at all. As long as said fabulous good time no one else could afford is captured on camera to use for promotional purposes. See, this is why we need to brush up on the rules.
