Gaza Battle Continues -- On Wilshire Boulevard

Later, Answer L.A., a group responsible for many Iraq anti-invasion and anti-war demonstrations locally, is sponsoring an "emergency protest" outside the Israeli Consulate at 6380 Wilshire Blvd., at 4:30 p.m. Info: (213) 251-1025.


The newest Middle East crisis began Saturday when Israeli Defense Forces responded to repeated rocket attacks from Gaza with shock and awe air strikes. IDF ground and naval forces are currently massed on Gaza's land and sea borders.
