Today In WTF: 5-Year-Old Mugged, Crime Captured On Video
A bicycle-riding suspect believed to be in his early 20s swooped down on a 5-year-old boy and snatched a chain off his neck, yanking the boy into the air in the process. Police this week were looking for the blue-bike-riding suspect, who was described as 5-feet, 7-inches tall with hazel eyes and a slight, 145-pound build.

It happened about 3:25 p.m. Monday near 53rd and Main streets in South Los Angeles as the boy and his father were leaving a restaurant, police said. It was all caught on tape.
KTLA News has a clip of the crime. Los Angeles police asked anyone who might know the suspect or who has information about the mugging to call detectives Chris Marsden or Guillermo Medina at 323-846-6572.
