Los Angeles Police Department detectives are searching for the gunman who shot 21-year-old Harold Germany as he was walking down a street in South Los Angeles May 11.

Germany was walking to a corner store at 1:50 pm in the 200 block of West 89th Street when he was approached by the shooter who stepped out of a nearby vehicle.
The gunman fired several rounds at Germany hitting him in the back and right knee. Germany was transported to a local hospital where he died of his injuries.
