D.A. Declines To File Any Charges Against Tito Ortiz In Dispute With Jenna Jameson

The Orange County District Attorney's office declined to file charges against Tito Ortiz in connection with the April 26 claim by his girlfriend, former porn star Jenna Jameson, that the mixed martial arts champ committed domestic violence against her.

"We declined to file charges based on insufficient corroboration to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt,'' said D.A.'s spokeswoman Farrah Emami.

At the time Jameson vowed to testify against Ortiz and tweeted about how hurt she was following his claims that the morning incident at their home in Huntington Beach resulted from his discovery that she had allegedly relapsed into a prescription drug habit.

But the pair, who have twin baby boys together, reportedly reconciled, with Jameson apparently having lifted a restraining order she had taken out against the fighter.
