Video of a crush of gatecrashers Saturday at the controversial Electric Daisy Carnival rave in Exposition Park depicts the event getting out of hand, at least two injuries, and staffers who appear to be overwhelmed.(See the video after the jump).

A 15-year-old who attended the Los Angeles event died at a hospital Tuesday in what doctors believe was suspected drug intoxication, although an autopsy had yet to be completed. Los Angeles County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky on Wednesday called for a temporary ban on raves at county-run facilities, and Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa also questioned whether such events should be held at government-run facilities such as the Memorial Coliseum, where EDC was held.

Several other videos depicting gate crashing on Saturday emerged as well.

[UPDATE: The video immediately following was posted on July 15 as a response to criticism -- all anonymous or off-the-record -- that the video here does not depict front-door gatecrashing but rather people moving from one zone of the party to another. Fox 11 has described this footage as gatecrashing, and there has been no denial that front-door gatecrashing did occur]:

[UPDATE, July 16: Again, addressing those brave but anonymous souls who have called us out regarding whether gatecrashing is depicted here, we spoke to Los Angeles Police Department Commander Andy Smith, who was in charge of police operations for EDC. He said, "Some kids breached the outside to get in. Some were without tickets and some with tickets were doing it just for sport."].

The14th annual rave featured Will.i.am, Moby, Deadmau5 and other DJs. Organizers claimed that 185,000 people attended over two days. About 114 hospitalizations related to the event were reported, with paramedics on-site responding to 226 medical emergencies, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Police reportedly arrested 65 people.
