L.A. Should Sue Arizona, Says Council President Garcetti

• This law needs to be in California. Garcetti, why should L.A. sue? To get back the money that we are losing due to illegal aliens sucking up all the resources. A lot of them gt pregnant in Mexico and come here to have their babies. Many of them get pregnant here and have their babies here, then get on Welfare get money, shelter, food stamps and Medi-cal,and to top it off they work and get cash under the table all compliments of the Citizen taxpayers. They use other peoples Social Security numbers and file taxes that they never get. (Not to mention they don't pay taxes!!! Isn't that against the law too?.) Which in turn the IRS goes after the person who the number belongs to. (It took me a year to get it straightened out, IRS withheld my taxes and everything. It's not right for the citizens of this country that do not speak Spanish to be overlooked for a job. Look at the prisons, illegal aliens again that we are paying for to house, send their asses back where they came from and let them run amuck in their own countries. I know of a man who spent over 10 years in prison, he is from Belize, he has no papers he committed strong arm robbery, and was convicted, he did his time, and was deported, in two months his ass was back over here like I'm back now what? I swear when I heard about it I called immigration, took his information, but I don't where this joker is. So it's enough have our own citizens out here that are criminals, now we have to deal with another countries criminals. When they are on the run, the first place the run and hide is their country. I don't care where the illegal aliens come from they need to go back until they get an invitation to come. It's crazy how we have been catering to this, and now somebody finally does something about it and the city of L.A. is in an uproar. It's a long time coming. Garcetti, are you up for re-election? You are not really affected by this are you.

• ive been harrased by cops numerous times and i dont have a criminal record. and guess what..im white and born and raised in california. but i never had nothing illegal with me so i was always let go. if i was doing something illegal i would have been arrested. so now you see why all these illegals want to be left alone. cause they are doing something illegal. why do you want to support something illegal. im italian and dont want a bunch of illegal italians taking over my neighborhood. but yet it is being taken over by illegal mexicans.this is the only country that u can come to illegaly and have a baby that becomes a legal citizen. what a joke!!!

• You are pitiful - no wonder this state is going broke!!! Don't you have better things to do with your time? Have you even read the law? Probably not!It mirrors the federal law! You are assuming that Arizonas law enforcement officers, men and women, are going to treat everyone as if they are illegal before the law even takes place. That does them a disservice. Do they not take an oath to protect the people of Arizona? You are crooks of the worst kind and this statement reflects your character. What do illegals do when they are driving and get in a car accident? Do you think they stick around? Why do you think we have to pay uninsured motorist fees? The illegals just compound the problem. I for one (of many) am going to purposely find ways to support them in their efforts to make their state safe for all who live there. I can't wait to get out of this pitiful town if things don't turn around and people take office who have a mindset that is 180 degrees opposite of yours and those like you. • Look I agree we should boycott AZ especially after I read the law. At first I was wondering what all the hullabaloo was all about, then when I came across another article which had a legalistic scope to the actual law, and walked me through it, I changed my mind.
