Why do you think said lawyer resigned from the Arvizo case before the trial was over? Tom Mesereau, Michael Jackson�s defense attorney, said that he had more than one witness who would have testified that Jordan Chandler, first accuser, told them that he lied about the allegations. Why did Jordan Chandler, while a child, obtain emancipation from his parents saying he did not want to speak to them again? Also, why did he refuse to cooperate with Santa Barbara DA in the 2005 trial? He didn�t simply refuse�He threatened a lawsuit and then left the country. Why??!! What was he hiding from??!! What did he have to lose!!?? After all, he already had his money, albeit, ill-begotten! These are some of the many questions that this Michael Jackson-hater cannot and will not answer. By the way, the legal and clinical definition of pedophilia clearly determines that it is a compulsive psychological disorder that can�t be cured. Since pedophilia is compulsive and incurable we know that a pedophile would not and could not abuse only 2 (or even 4) children once every 10 years. Neither settlement could prevent a possible criminal proceeding, Tom Sneddon took the info (in 93) to two grand juries and both made the decision that there was no incriminating evidence to go to trial. What are these other pay-offs you speak of, and where did you get that info, oh right the tabloids. Did you realize that every third party witness that testified that they saw MJ touch children inappropriatly were disgruntled ex-employess. Not only had they all sold stories to tabloids, but they also tried to sue MJ for having ben fired. The judge through out their lawsuit and ordered them to pay MJ's legal fees, all this happend before they testified 2005. And the bit about charities, yes Heal the Word and Heal the Kids had some managament problems, but there were plenty of established charities that he donated too. This was something never covered by tabloids ofcourse I could on but I'm sure you don't really care about the real facts.
