He doesn't want to be exposed.
So let's get this straight: Joe Francis, the man who has made millions off of exposing the body parts of young women is suing a would-be author so the Girls Gone Wild founder isn't ... exposed?!

Indeed. Francis, once dubbed the Douche of the Decade, filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court to prevent Ryan D. Simkin, a former GGW camerman, from publishing a tell-all book titled Flash! Bars, Boobs and Busted: 5 Years on the Road With Girls Gone Wild.

Apparently the man who has made a living off the exposure of others had his employee sign a nondisclosure agreement, at least according to Francis' filing.

The document, according to the suit, prevents Simkin from disclosing confidential information or speaking publicly "in a manner that could harm the reputation of Mr. Francis or the Girls Gone Wild enterprise and brand."

Sounds like Francis might have something to hide. He's seeking unspecified damages.
