Activist Says City Park In Lincoln Heights Turned Into Dirt Parking Lot

Has Lincoln Park in Lincoln Heights been turned into a dirt parking lot? One activist says so, and he's not happy about it. The park houses the city's Plaza De La Raza and, according to YouTube, there's plenty of parking in the neighborhood, including curb-side spots. But for some reason, he indicates, the green lawn of Lincoln Park has been allowed to be used for parking. See the video after the jump. [Spotted at Curbed LA].
