West Hollywood Pot Shop Continues To Stay Open, Defies City Orders To Close

• The thing that I find the most interesting here is, is that something can be sanctioned as "legal" on one hand and "illegal" on the other? I know game when it's in my face, and I know pimping when it's put in place, do you?

• I spoke to West Hollywood City Attorney Michael Jenkins, who said the shop is illegal under West Hollywood rules, doesn't have a license to operate, isn't entitled to get a license to operate, and is being sued in civil court in an effort to shut it down. "We're asking the court for an order that the establishment be closed," he said. As far as Kramer's comment, at least what's posted here, I'm not sure how it could be false and untrue: It's his opinion. Let's break it down lest the stoners can't keep up through the fog: "I don't want illegal shops to stay open," he said. Interpretation by the Garrett Morris School For The Too-Stoned-To-Think Straight: HE DOESN'T WANT ILLEGAL SHOPS TO STAY OPEN. It's a fact that he doesn't want them to stay open. "It's like comparing a well-lit, well-regulated CVS Pharmacy and a back-alley drug shop in Tijuana. It just isn't safe." After making a comparison based on his own subjective opinion, he says, IT JUST ISN'T SAFE. Now, it's a fact, then, that he thinks it just isn't safe. Unless he didn't say it or unless that's a misrepresentation of his opinion. Now, it is possible that it IS safe. But again, this is his OPINION. Like, say, one could believe that smoking marijuana makes you slow. That doesn't mean it DOES make you slow, but if I printed that so-and-so expert believes that, it's fine, and accurate, because he believes it. Got it?

• To all of you out there, all of this is false and let me tell you why. This story was only told by one side. MSNBC interviewed Mr. Kramer and if you listen and read the interview there was nothing said about the Sunset Super Shops take on it. As a matter of fact, MSNBC took down the article and video within a few hours of it being published due to the fact that it was false and untrue. The shop was previously owned by Mr. Kramer. As soon as it went under new management Mr. Kramer tried his best to slander the shop because it is competition for his multiple other dispensaries. Just look for the information yourself. He regretted letting go of the shop and decided to go with the mentality of "if I can't have it no one can". Mr. Kramer is a liar and a criminal, just wait to see what the inevitable end to this will be. He has been involved with multiple law suits, and lost them all. So you tell me who is the bad guy, the Sunset Super Shop or Mr. Kramer?
