Suit Alleges Rialto Police Officers Had Group Sex With Strippers

A woman who set off a firestorm by alleging on-duty Rialto police had sex with strippers in a union hall has filed a $500,000 claim against the city that also claims that the cops had group sex with the woman.

The details emerged in a report in the San Bernardino Sun Friday. The claimant, Nancy Holtgreve, alleges that cops met workers from the Spearmint Rhino strip club, where she worked as a server, invited them to Denny's, then had sex with them at Rialto Police Benefit Association's union hall to have sex, sometimes as a group.

As lascivious as that might seem, the attorney representing Holtgreve, Danuta W. Tuszynska, says the allegations "are simply the tip of the iceberg and we have substantial proof to back up these claims ...," according to the paper.

While the suit argues that the officers' actions created an environment where women were sexually harassed, the Rialto City Attorney, Jimmy Gutierrez, almost laughed off the claim, saying that what Holtgreve did was done with consent and without any connection to the city:

"That claim fails to state anything that makes the city liable to this woman for her consensual acts with the police officers that were involved with her," he said.
