• Actually, if alcohol prohibition of the 1920's is any indicator, which it is, then even with taxation and regulation, we will see the price of marijuana fall dramatically, competition and choices increase, and related crimes fall drastically. All is good. Of course you'd still have to deal with Federal tyranny, but one step at a time. So, I plead with all you young Californians to get out and vote, vote, vote in favor of Prop. 19, and finally lead the country in a political movement that is not an abject failure. Then maybe... just maybe, when its overwhelming success becomes glaringly apparent to the rest of the country, maybe, just maybe, my relatively conservative state of Florida will follow suite. You guys have a chance to turn things around. PLEASE don't screw it up by not getting out to vote. For your sake and mine, put down the bong for a moment and get out and vote.

No I don't belive in the tooth fairy, Santa, proabition or any of the other nonsence that is coming from your type. The war on drugs is a bust and I'm tired of my govenment using my tax dollars to waste on both sides of tis issue. We spend it to hunt them down, run them through cort, lock them up, feed them for years, ensure they can't get a job when released so we make damn sure they come back to continue raking in the cash for keeping them there. This has to be the most insain long term piss poor idea in the history of mankind.

I'm willing to go with a number closer to 80,000,000 regular users, or else there are millions of people smoking... otherwise 16 million people are smoking an average 12 joints per day.
