Late night driving in LA is incredibly dangerous because of all the drunks. What about the rights of those of us who want to get from A to B without getting killed? I guess we can be damned, right? As long as the rights of the drunks aren't infringed, that's all that matters. Having two friends with parents killed by drunk drivers, the very notion of worrying about the rights of drunk drivers sickens me. If you aren't drunk, then you've nothing to lose.
