A Latino man fatally shot at 12:25 a.m. on Sunday, October 10, has been identified as 23-year-old Agustin Calderon. The shooting occurred at South Broadway and West 70th Street, according to LAPD's Newton Homicide Division. An unidentified shooter fired at Calderon, hitting him in the upper torso before fleeing the scene. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
