Dos Equis isn't the only brand with "the most interesting man." The California Democratic Party just unleashed a web-only video-ad series touting Jerry Brown as "the most interesting man in California."
Dos Equis Who would win a fight between Jerry Brown and this guy?
The video advertisement with vintage Brown footage mixes fact with legend while a percussive, Latin beat bubbles:
"He marched in the fields with Cesar Chavez and he served two terms as governor just for practice ... While he was Secretary of State he spent a weekend secretly coaching the Lakers."
The spot, clearly aimed at young people and Latinos (it states that reporters were "known to get lost in his piercing brown eyes"), concludes with the tag line, "Stay Jerry, My Friends."
