Porn Star Capri Anderson Says Charlie Sheen Became Abusive, Put His Hands Around Her Neck, During $3,500 'Date'

So Charlie Sheen has porn-star/alleged-hooker problems. Again. Who would have guessed. Turns out Capri Anderson, the adult video performer he hired for a dinner "date," planned to file a claim Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing the Two and a Half Men star of false imprisonment, assault and other alleged abuses that, we're sure, will add up to seven figures.

Anderson was on Good Morning America describing her encounter with Sheen in New York last month.

She says she was hired, through her agent, for a dinner date with the actor -- at the rate of $3,500 -- money she says she was never paid.

Now -- just an aside here -- does anyone on the planet believe that Sheen would have hired a porn star for $3,500 for just dinner? And while Anderson denied she was offering a private performance that night, let's just point out that porn stars freelancing isn't exactly a rare phenomenon.

Anderson claimed that Sheen got more and more drunk as the evening at Daniel restaurant wore on, and that he even uttered racial slurs.

"I'm not even really comfortable repeating some of the things that he said," she said on GMA.

Sheens' friend/handler told her to take him back to his hotel, and she did. And, despite the $3,500 dinner-only date, she says she ended up in her panties -- without a protest. "There was a little bit of romance if you will," Anderson said. You know, porn-star romance.

But Sheen -- "He snorted something ... a white powdery substance," she said -- turned dark, put his hands around her neck, and threw a lamp at her, Anderson claimed. (We have to note here that porn performers never end up with hands around their necks -- it's unheard of).

She said he then grabbed what appeared to be a knife or a letter opener. She called a friend. The cops came. But she never claimed he was violent towards her, not until Monday.

In fact her lawyer said Anderson planned to file a police report Monday -- three weeks or so after the event.

TMZ reported that the night's date was originally supposed to $12,000 and that Sheen eventually offered her $20,000.

"There's absolutely no truth to that whatsoever," Anderson said on GMA. "I was offered $3,500 to attend a dinner party ... which I was never paid."

Reports initially indicated that Sheen blew up over a missing watch, a six-figure Patek Philippe, the loss of which would make it an expensive date-night indeed.
