Comedian Zach Galifianakis pulled out a spliff and sparked it up as his appearance on Real Time With Bill Maher on HBO over the weekend turned to California's marijuana legalization effort. (Video after the jump).

Co-guest Margaret Hoover too a whiff and proclaimed said doobie to be "the real thing." But ...
... Both HBO and Galifianakis' own flack said it was a prop. (A prop joint? Maybe they should call it Real Kind With Bill Maher. Or not).
After appearing to let the vapors go to his dome, Galifianakis said, "Oh my god, look at those dragons!"
He was, of course, joking. Smoking weed doesn't cause you to see dragons, something the pro-Prop. 19 folks will tell you.
It only causes you to not vote. Because unless more young pot supporters get out there, this thing is going to fail, no matter how many high-profile comedians light up to legalize it.
