L.A. Porn-Maker Releasing Brittney Jones Sex Tape Despite Threats From Ashton Kutcher's Attorney
Porn maker Vivid Entertainment is being more careful about marketing a video featuring a woman who claims to have been Aston Kutcher's f-buddy.

But it's still releasing the tape. In a statement this week, Vivid alluded to Brittney Jones' claimed rendezvous with Aston Kutcher, but this time the company didn't name him outright.
Instead, Vivid states:
"Brittney Jones is the beautiful 21-year-old brunette who made headlines earlier this year for her brief affair with a very married Hollywood celebrity superstar. The movie, acquired from a third party, centers on the sexual exploits of Jones with a former boyfriend."
Got that? "Very married celebrity superstar."
TMZ reported earlier this month that Kutcher's attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter to Vivid demanding that it refrain from using his name in marketing the smut.
This was a wonderful holiday gift for the porn maker, which subsequently got lots of ink for punking the Punk'd star.
Vivid had previously hyped the tape by stating "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."
The company has since received another threatening letter, this one from Jones' attorney Richard Sherman.
Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch says he's still trying to work out a deal with the 21-year-old Jones but will release the video Dec. 29 in any case.
According to a Vivid statement, "Vivid decided to move forward without using the A-lister's actual name in connection with the sex tape."
This is a lot of hype for a sex tape. It better not be a waste of Viagra.
