'Octomom' Nadya Suleman Sees Offer to Buy Her Home Withdrawn By L.A. Porn Maker Vivid Entertainment

'Octomom' Nadya Suleman is too good for porn. See?

Updated after the jump with Suleman's lawyer saying she "wants nothing to do" with the porn maker.

We've said it before: Vivid Entertainment, the nation's largest porn production house, has been hounding "Octomom" Nadya Suleman like a pimp after a homeless girl.

Sadly, Vivid is giving up. Suleman recently rejected Vivid's "no strings attached" check to cover the February rent on her La Habra tract house, saying, according to the porn maker, "Tell them to keep their money."

On Wednesday Vivid stated that its offer to buy the home has been withdrawn.

Was it Suleman's rejection of the rent check?

Vivid states only that after looking at the home's $450,000 mortgage details, something spooked the porn maker.

Says Vivid chief Steve Hirsch:

"We carefully reviewed the loan documents concerning the house where Nadya lives. After consulting with our attorneys, it became clear to us that there were details that cause us concern and we are therefore unable to move forward."

With mortgage payments reportedly going unpaid by her father, Suleman has been under a constant cloud of possibly being kicked out (along with her 14 kids).

Vivid at first offered to "help" her out with a gig acting in one of its videos. Then it made an offer to have her work for the company behind the scenes. Suleman remained silent.

Strangely, it looked as if she put her nose in the air while, at the same time, shooting strange S&M-themed photos depicting her whipping a man dressed as a baby.

She's had 14 kids. Maybe she has a good reason to hide her lady business from the porn-watching public.

Update: In a statement sent to the Weekly, Suleman's lawyer, Jeffery Czech, says:

Ms. Suleman did in fact say that Vivid can keep their money. Nadya simply wants nothing to do with Vivid. She completely understands that she is in no position to turn down a gift. She likewise understands that she is no position to pass judgment on another; she is not the one making the announcement. However, in spite of her past poor decisions, or perhaps in light of them, she wants to make good decisions and she believes this is one of them.

It may be sad but I would be quite interested in seeing her do porn, at the end of the day if you're in arrears THAT bad, you know what? Shut up take the money sort your house out and deal with the ramifications later. Even if her kids do see it and ask her, "Well look, we were gonna get kicked out and I HAD to do what was necessary to keep us in our home." To turn down the money is just stupid, there is nothing she can do to earn $460k in that short a time. People want to see it, and are willing to pay her for it, I don't see the problem? Desperate times call for desperate measures and there's alot WORSE she could do than a couple porn scenes, she could be getting pimped out on the streets or literally hooking for a dollar. Now she's completely screwed because Hirsch doesn't even want to buy it anymore.

Her kids are in a private school, she buys plenty of fast food, she has bragged about a new van (mini-bus) worth mucho bucks. Don't forget her attorney was sending a thank you note to Steve/Vivid. ***What changed? It wasn't HER decision to turn down the sale of the mortgage note to Hirsch. Hirsch and his attorneys made that call. As usual there was something hinky going on that would cause concern for any legitimate business person, porn business aside.The only thing SHE " turned down" was the February check which her attorney had already stated she had accepted and he was sending a thank you note. They then had time to realize the purchase was going sideways with Hirsch. Backpedal time to disassociate and again try for damage control mode.
