One last point, although I have more observations I don't have time to comment.The other matter is the "Army" factor the media reported a lie to incite the public. It is slanderous and a threat to national security to report inaccurate accounts of military incompetence. On this note "On Monday Allred blasted the Army, stating before reporters in L.A. that it was guilty of the "mishandling of one of its soldiers." I believe the Army should be blasted for turning him over to "civilian" authorities he was subject to Martial Law, my question is what really is going on? If this young girl was truley raped It is a sad that she had grandparents that did not shelter her from the media, and unfortunate they equate media whoring as compentant legal counil.

The grandparents of this "Jayme" should also be addressed for exploiting a young girl. They appearantly have no concern for the saftety of this child. She is featured on every station coast to coast and the newspaper s give the full names of the Grandparents and city which they reside. That is really scary and if this was a real vicitm The jury is then suppose to believe she is scared for her life. These actions don't match the profile of a rape victim. Law enforcement has really gotten sloppy generally they will advise people are in True jeopardy to take cover. That would leed one to believe this story was Hype. Smirking "Jayme" reading a statement prepared just made me question whether or not this whole case has even a shred of fact. No abigoity, how do you think "Jayme" will be recieved by her peers, nothing ever goes away from the internet. Kid are cruel and this will be following her for the rest of her life.

I really don't understand how the public can continue to patronize these unprofessional antics by Ms. Allred. It is unconscionable that her professional peers have not reported her to the Bar association. This is one in a hundred of her Publicity stunts. The Media should also be penalized for the erroneous coverage
