This may just be a study of one, but I smoke weed, my girlfriend does not. I desided to burn one before we got to it and from that day on she asks if I wanna smoke a little. Cause in the history of mankind there has not been a single report of someone O.Ding from this natural plant. As for man made substances like alcohol kills 75-80 thousand people each year. Its also hard to say that weed causes cancer when most pot heads also smoke cigs. Alcohol and cigs are legal but they kill more than a plant that hasn't even killed one person throughout its entire existence. You should write a blog about that.

Dennis, Are you kidding or are you so new to this subject that you are truly clueless. The benefits of cannabis is well documented and by the way mostly ignored by the authorities for many years. This battle has already been fought and won and evidence is medical marijuana which we fought for and won at the ballot box. You probably don´t know that marijuana enhances radically the effectiveness of interferon in the treatment of hepatitus C. A little story for you. I had a liver transplant 11 years ago because of hep C. After the transplant I was on interferon for one year and a half without no movement in my viral load. After almost giving up the treatment because the effects of interferon was so devastating that I no longer wanted to live. My liver transplant care coordinator suggested I smoke some pot to help coping with the interferon. Long story short. One hour after smoking my apetite came back after being gone for a year and a half and the next week my viral load dropped by millions to hundred thousands. The week after that the hep C was undetected in my system. 11 years later still undetected. I consider myself cured. Since then I have read about people curing cancer and tumors with oil from cannabis. So if you are not up on what going on its because you have not bothered to look.

Well seeing is how we do have benefits for marijuana for example did you know that the THC found in weed stops the deposits left by Alzheimer? Did you also know that Queen Victoria smoked it for what we know now today as PMS. Lets not forget the sad story of the woman that was prescribed painkillers by a doctor and she lost her liver and kidneys now she must rely on weed for the doctors mistakes. Scientists have been trying to find all the benefits of this plant but when it was made illegal the studies have been left ignored.
