-I have lived on 115th street in Hawthorne, directly behind the LAX Bare Elegance, since the late 1980's; my 2nd storey window overlooks the back of the building and the BE's extensive side and rear parking lots.

-I go into the club every few weeks, because I have a couple of long time friends who have worked there for years-they keep me informed; and so do some of the dancers, who really know more about what goes on there than any one else.

-I have researched on the internet about the Cadwell Gang leaders, there is a lot on the internet about Stuart Cadwell, a good deal about Mike Amos Galam, a bit about Galam's front man German Giovani del Cid (who also operates the Valley Bare Elegance under Cadwell's over-sight), some also on Kevin Wasko (Cadwell's designate at the Valley Bare Elegance) and connections (including corporate listings and data) with the John Gray SpearmintRhino international organized-vice machine (especially Cadwell's intimate connections with Gray and the SR organization)

-several neighbors here on 115th street in Hawthorne have been active in local community activities and have contributed their insights and experiences with the LAX Bare Elegance, Hawthorne Police and Hawthorne "civic leaders", and their connections/actions relative to the operation/activities at the LAX Bare Elegance, over the years.

How much money is involved in this lap dance operation?

a) gross weekly income from the lap dances alone (average price = $45 per dance) is approximately $49, 500 PER WEEKb) the operation keeps half of this (the dancers get the other half), so the "house" take is $24, 750 PER WEEKc) of this amount, half is skimmed by Cadwell's gang ($12, 375 per week) d) water/juice sales = approx. 600 per w $5.25 per water (or juice) which = $3150 per weeke) of this amount, half is skimmed by Cadwell's gang ($1575 per week)g) Cadwell has a "pay to work" racket at the club-dancers must pay a $30 per shift fee to Cadwell just to work the shifth) at an average of a total of 27 dancers for the 2 shifts (day shift and night shift combined) this amounts to $810 per day which = $4860 per week (for a 6 day week)I) this amount is totally skimmed j) these figures do NOT include admission fees (ranging from $10 to $20) paid by each customer (about half of these admission payments are skimmed by the Cadwell gang)

So, if we look ONLY at the skimmed ("free money", unreported income) revenue involved in this nude lap dance operation, this skimmed money totals a MINIMUM of:

$28, 810 PER WEEK ($1,488,120 on an annual basis)

...pure tax-free profits for the Cadwell Gang

Not bad for an entirely illicit operation running wide open without Hawthorne Police enforcement, in violation of numerous Hawthorne adult entertainment and municipal vice codes!

Obviously I do not know exact amounts, however, for a long time the "word" around the Bare Elegance was that the payoffs were about $100,000 per year; since the Cadwell Gang take-over in early June of this year, I've heard the figure $3,000 per week mentioned a couple of times. I do know that their, shall we call him- "lobbyist",- dealing with Hawthorne officials, is on the Bare Elegance payroll for $2000 per month-has been for years, when Mike Galam ran the place, and still is on the payroll for that monthly salary now that Cadwell has taken-over (Mike Galam is still on the legal documents as a front man, but is not allowed to come to the club unless permitted by Cadwell; supposedly the club has been "put in the name of" Cadwell associate, Giovani del Cid, of Canyon Country-same situation as the Valley Bare Elegance, also supposedly put in del Cid's name by Galam, and that club is now run by del Cid under the direction of Cadwell's designate in the Valley, Kevin Wasko, who also runs the SpearmintRhino/Cadwell connected Blue Zebra lap dance operation, also in the Valley)

You mean the LAX Bare Elegance, recently taken over by organized crime associate Stuart Cadwell? Yeah, the Hawthorne PD never checks on that club, never goes in, never drives through the lot. And since Cadwell took over in June they have transformed the club into a nude lap-dance operation in violoation of Hawthorne muni codes for adult entertainment.Will post more if anyone is interested!

Exactly which Hawthorne muni codes re to adult entertainment licensing are you saying the LAX Bare Elegance is consistently in violation of, and their enforcement being neglected by Hawthorne Code Enforcement and the Hawthorne Police Department?
