Chelsea McClelland, L.A. Day Care Provider, Re-Arrested for Having Sex With 13-Year-Old Godson in White Creeper Van
South L.A.'s Chelsea Nichole McClelland might just beat out Orange County children's book author "Mr. Mike" (who's in jail for molesting a 12-year-old relative) in creep factor.

McClelland is likewise around kids 24/7: She was providing regular day care for at least eight children when she was first arrested in December. And, like Mike, she's accused of sex with a child in her extended family: her 13-year-old godson.
Where the 34-year-old mother of three really wins the creeper crown, though, is in her alleged crime scene of choice.
The Los Angeles Times reported at the time of her arrest that McClelland was caught with her godson in a white van parked in the neighborhood, near Apple Street and Alsace Avenue.
Here's the freakiest part. A white van is still parked at that intersection on Google street view! See for yourself:
We're not sure if it's the same one, but it's a mighty big coincidence. Looks like a nice secluded spot for... you know what.

McClelland was immediately arrested for lewd acts with a child, but LAPD Detective Spiro Roditis tells the Weekly that she was released soon after, as investigators "wanted to get additional evidence."
As if being caught flustered in a creeper van with a little boy isn't enough.
Today, Roditis says McClelland was re-arrested because cops found "more probable cause" to believe she had sex with the 13-year-old, and had engaged in at least three more "lewd acts" with him earlier in the month.
She'll appear in court tomorrow for the first time, and could eventually get up to 10 years for what she allegedly did to her godson in that godforsaken van on a Friday afternoon.
