I have struggled w/ mine for years. outbreaks are not bad as long as I take my meds and goto the Dr whenever I see something that is questionable. since contracting I did get married and my wife (*God bless her) has it now too, fortunately her outbreaks have not been bad. and we are hopeful our children don't get it (*when and if we decide to have them). Not many days go by espcially when dealing with it, that I don't think about the 'wild lifestyle' I used to lead before getting this, and many yers before I was married. There is no evidence to support your idea. 75% of people who have genital herpes don't know that they have it. Most of those don't know because they haven't had a recognizable outbreak.
