They aren't comparing other California crops because they aren't smoked. Fruits and vegetables are eaten, marijuana is lit on fire and smoked through your Lungs. Two completely different biological processes. Smoking radiation seems to pose a much greater risk rather than eating it. Good post

Medical Marijuana has been espoused as an effective treatment for Anxiety and Panic Disorders. Paradoxically there are some patients who state that marijuana causes anxiety and panic or paranoia.

If your outdoors, then harvest time is not until late Oct. or early Nov. I would say that we are fairly safe.
