Update: Police said Tuesday she skipped school and was found safe-and-sound.

A 13-year-old Alhambra girl didn't show up for school yesterday, and now authorities are searching frantically for her.

Did she meet someone online, become the victim of an abduction, or simply run away? All three scenarios were being explored, Alhambra police Lt. Elliot Kase told the Weekly.

Here's what we do know:

Autumn Hall, who is 4 feet, 10 inches tall, didn't report for class at Marguerita Elementary School in Alhambra (1603 S. Marguerita Ave.) after her mother drove the 90 pound girl there.

She was wearing a green shirt, a white sweatshirt and blue pants.

"'We're looking at all of the possibilities," Kase said. "We simply don't know if she simply didn't want to go to school and out hang with friends, if it was a potential abduction or if she has met someone online."

Anyone who has spotted her since yesterday morning was asked to call Alhambra police at 626-570-5151.
