KCET
An animal rights protester.
The aggro opposition to animal research has targeted UCLA professors at their homes, scaring some into quitting that business.

The crusade against animal testing has resulted in three car bombings, a home invasion and death threats.

Tonight on KCET SoCal Connected looks at the battle between our right and animals' right to live on ...

... "Testing the Limits."

According to KCET:

... the SoCal Connected team asks the question: where does free speech end and domestic terrorism begin? Biomedical researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), are increasingly being targeted by extremist, sometimes violent, animal rights activists.
Such eco-radicals are said to have caused more than $100 million in property damage and are now on the feds' map as a domestic terror threat.
