Dog Leads Cops to Suspected Marijuana Grow House in Southern California

Journalism in this country is truly dead. This article, as well as many others floating around on the internet regarding this story, is outrageously out of touch with the truth. I am an upstanding citizen (as in I do not do drugs or break the law, and I also don't associate with those who do) who knows the actual owners of the dog well, and I know for a fact that the things that so-called journalists such as yourself, Mr. Romero, are publishing regarding this incident are highly biased statements stemming from information released by the police department. These people are not criminals, they live their lives and do business legitimately, and they do not have a vicious dog. He happens to be a certified service animal that can be taken on planes, in restaurants, in banks, you name it. He is one of the kindest and most well--tempered animals I have ever met in my life. The officer who shot him in the face made an astronomical mistake, and the department is doing whatever they possibly can to right his wrong by lying to the public about this incident. So, Mr. Romero, I would appreciate it if you would do your homework, like an intelligent reporter should, and thoroughly work though all the information to provide the public with actual facts and not biased rhetoric.

there is a reason why guys like Dennis have to hold their head in shame when they are around real men in public who do not live a life which is meaningless. It appears that Dennis really only serves his corporate masters and they order him to hurt society by misinforming the public.

In Dennis's other propaganda written essays that he has been allowed to publish by his editor he will sometimes respond in the comment section with a quick little quip to further demean patients and those who stand up for Patients who suffer from Cancer, Aids, etc

@concernedcitizen i wouldn't give Dennis much thought. Because lets face the facts this guy in his heart deep down inside he knows he is doing wrong, he knows what he is doing is not helping society not causing progress etc. So let Dennis continue down his path of lies

you got to love how LA Times moderates the comments, and now Dennis is moderating his comments on his new articles as well!!

Many of my comments , have real information in them , and when they do , LA Times moderator does not publish them!!

Shame on LA Times for not reporting on the long standing crack and meth houses in the inner cities of LA.

We have genuine real organized crime in LA that gets no attention.

This crime group in fact wrote the medical marijuana ordinance to control distribution points for mj.

This is a anti medical marijuana PERSONAL INTEREST story and has nothing to do with what is really going on in California concerning medical marijuana movement

PLEASE do not forget if one suffers from chemotherapy one must smoke and cannot take pills to stimulate ones appetite so that food can be digested <--- this is often overlooked and the status quo often quote "take marinol" this is no possible for someone who has chemo and can't keep a pill down

the various southern california medical marijuana ordinance are nothing but the shadowed hand of organized south american crime, in cohorts with the police, prison unions, police unions. Those who made money policing marijuana see this as a prime time to control distribution and LIMIT safe acesss!

This is nothing more then a power grab for money so that the former status quo can control medical marijuana distribution. Once the zoning rules are in place and there are a limited number of dispensaries the police allow the south american drug cartels to ship their outdoor toxic sprayed marijuana in the states for sale . this allows them to have astronomical profits on mass produce low quality marijuana that is sprayed with pesticides.

What has happened in northern california with measure Z was a test trial to see if the status quo could reinstate themselves and LOOK they did.

Any journalist or FBI agent can site outside these mega medical marijuan dispensaries and sooner or later with enough hours of observation u will see the cartels bring in their outdoor marijuana...

WHY the FEDS allow this boggles the mind

but u gotta figure MONEY talks and the local officials in LA, SF bay area, SD are all paid off by their local mega dispensaries, which are controlled by the Shadow Group

Medical Marijuana is big money so the shadow group wants control of distribution facilities in all major CA Cities....

ABSOLUTELY NO ONE REPORTS THIS AND ANYONE WHO DOES A LITTLE OBSERVATION WILL SEE IT CLEAR AS DAY
