Porn Film Captures On-Duty L.A. Parking Enforcement Officers Getting Spanked, Fondling Breasts
Times are tough, especially for City Hall, which faces a huge, $400-million-plus deficit this summer. Some public employees are having to work longer hours and take on extra tasks.

Like a pair of parking enforcement officers, who NBC Los Angeles says were filmed, on-duty, as extras in a porn flick.
Way to work overtime, guys. Here's what they did:
One officer takes a performer into his arms and fondles her breasts. The other lets the same actress spank him, jump into his city vehicle and fondle herself.
We especially like that we're getting full use of city property here. A passenger seat that pretty much goes to waste was put to good use, and we here at LA Weekly feel that the taxpayers should thank this particular officer for thinking outside the box.
(City Hall offices that empty out on 3 p.m. on Fridays could also serve double duty as makeshift porn sets. Think about it).
Anyway, Los Angeles Department of Transportation general manager Amir Sedadi isn't amused, even though these two enterprising ticket givers have yet to be disciplined. He actually viewed the video, available to subscribers online, and told NBC:
It's absolutely disgusting. Immediately, we will conduct a full investigation. This is not acceptable to me.
Then he viewed it again. And again. Privately. (We kid).
