Medical Marijuana Seller Who Grew Pot Sees Case Dismissed After LAPD Raided His Home And Garden
Marijuana proponents are smoking tall after a case against an Inglewood dispensary owner was dismissed recently.

Activist Brett Stone says felony charges against Paul Scott were dismissed in L.A. Superior Court. His home was raided last June after an LAPD helicopter spotted pot plants in his back yard.
Cops moved in and seized 45 pounds of weed and took $2,000 in cash, according to Stone.
According to Stone's account:
The "Marijuana Dream Team" of William Kroger and Brad Brunon filed a suppression motion and a motion to examine the evidence. Last Thursday the attorney's presented all the documents having to do with the collective including numerous commendations and awards from local civic and political leaders and the DA caved, all charges were dropped.
Now the operator wants his pot (and cash) back.
The dispensary in question, Inglewood Wellness Center, had been in operation for at least 10 years, Stone says.
Of course, dispensary operators can (and should) grow pot under California's medical marijuana law. The question is how much they can have on-hand.
