Orlando Denison, L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy, Charged With Having Sex With 16-Year-Old Female Relative
A Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy says he didn't do it.
Orlando Denison was arrested yesterday on suspicion of having sex with an underage girl who authorities say is his relative. The 34-year-old appeared in court today and pleaded not guilty.
District Attorney's prosecutors allege he did the deed in July. The exact charges?
"Two felony counts of oral copulation of a person under 18," according to a D.A.'s statement.
The girl, prosecutors say, was 16.
He was arrested at his Long Beach home yesterday afternoon.
Bail was set at $50,000.
Prosecutors say Denison could face three years, eight months in state prison if he's convicted.
You know what's worse than being in prison? Being an ex-cop in prison.
Denison is due back in court May 16.
