A 13-year-old boy was jailed at juvenile hall after he allegedly sexually assaulted his 8-year-old female cousin, police told the Orange County Register.

Given the age of the boy, will the allegations stick? That's awful young for a felony rape charge in California. Then again, the victim -- if the accusation is true -- will probably never be the same.
