I'm an illegal immigrant and as of now have a 4.3 GPA and in running with another illegal immigrant for valedictorian the smartes white American in our graduating class is in ranked 105 which is not smart at all. And yet this illegal Immigrant was offered a full scholar ship to Peperdine University. When I told them I couldn't tale the loan because of my legal status the super of the university explained to me that they will put my loan on hold to see I'd the dream act passed. How many of you "white folk" can get a full scholarship to one of the top university's in California?

I know of a family who came here legally 11 years ago with a visa. The family had three children they were 9,7, and 6. All three grew up in America, not by choice. They were brought here by their parents because their country is full of violence and is no place to raise a family. They applied for citizenship hoping that their kids would have a better future, that they would strive for something better.The kids are now 20, 18, and 16. Two have graduated high school, the 18 year old was 36 in her ENTIRE high school class, in the top 5%. She strived for good grades, took higher level classes, got involved in many clubs and organizations. She is loved by many, won winter queen, was in the homecoming quart. The eldest works twelve hours everyday, and the youngest is still in school. He will be a junior, and he continues to study hard for good grades. All three children want to attend college, but they can't. Is it truly their fault? I think not. These kids are not bad people, in fact, they are great. This family, parents included, are some of the nicest and most loving people I have ever encountered. I think the Dream Act is a great idea, and I will support it, no matter what.

I think that if Americans don't want illegal immigrants here, then fine! Send them all back to their country, after all this is their country.
