Michael and Stacy Murphy Say Martial Arts Instructor Gave Porn to 9-Year-Old Son

A month later, everything seemed to be going well. The kid earned his white belt and was gearing up to go for an orange belt.
Then, according to a lawsuit filed by the Murphy family, an instructor told the class to "close their eyes," and life was never the same.
The Murhphys claim that a teacher at the United Studios of Self Defense near Dana Point handed their son a DVD entitled, "Orange Belt Instructional DVD."
But later on when their son sat down in the living room and played the disc, the actors were teaching a very different sort of contact sport.
That's right, it was porn.
According to the lawsuit:
The DVD began with a split screen depicting sexual activity which [the child] was exposed to before his older brother looked into the living room to see what the sounds were that were coming from the television. [The boy] was staring at the television in shock.
Michael Murphy quickly dialed up the sheriff's department and filed a report. He and his wife are suing the self-defense school, claiming that "the actions were outrageous, intentional and malicious."
