Jay Cincinelli, LAPD Cop Taken Off Duty After Injury, One of Fullerton Officers in Deadly Confrontation With Kelly Thomas

Killing is killing.  If a person chooses to uphold the law then they cannot be excused for breaking the law.  Murder in the name of I was shot before should apply to every soldier who has faced combat.  Should we let them off if they kill someone?  The system is corrupt and failing.  Gay is now ok and the system has tossed out any respect for God.  They follow the ape to appease their desire for crap on their penis and try to justify by saying we are the government.  God gets the last word.  I want to see pork butt when he stands before God.  He's going to regret all his pork butt ways.  And yes, like the others said before me.  You going to take it in the ass the way you like it. Any and every police officer that was involved in this heinous murder deserved to die a painful death.  I hope those mother fucker's rot in hell.  Sick, twisted, menaces of society.

Jay Cicinelli is a good citizen that served his community and country! I pray for everyone involved. Maybe we should look at our government and the state of our country, instead of just this one man and his actions. It wasn't just him. He truly is a good person. Why are the mentally ill out on the streets? Police are not social workers...this man needed medical attention...he did not deserve to die...but nevertheless, I stand  by Cicinelli! 

Uncautionable.  Murder is murder, he and the others involved should be tried just like the gang they are.  Jack booted bitches, couldn't possibly fight fairly one on one, or against somebody without a mental handicap.  I'd personally love to see one of the man's family members deliver some good old fashioned high power vengence.

Michael Schwartz how about 15 or 20 well placed hits to your head with an aluminum flashlight so that you can "experience and take into account" what Kelly Thomas was feeling at the time.

I wonder, if Jay Cicinelli, got assaulted by a civilzan, (which resulted in him losing his eye when he was a LAPD) because he attack or killed someone before perhaps in the military or on the street in the USA. Golden Rule: Do onto others as you'ld have them do onto you.

Police respond to pedestrian fatality at train station

On Wednesday, May 18, Fullerton Police responded to a report of a fatal accident between a BNSF freight train and pedestrian, near the train station in Fullerton.

Fullerton Police Sgt. Andrew Goodrich said officers were called to the scene at shortly before 5 a.m. The pedestrian is described as a white male in his late 20s. He is believed to be a local transient. Police are not releasing his identity pending notification of the next-of-kin.

Goodrich said the freight train was east bound through the Fullerton station at about 50 mph. The pedestrian was walking on the tracks, and was struck by the train just east of the train station.

Goodrich said east- and westbound train service is continuing at this time. Orange County Coroner investigators are on-scene.

Justice will be served when Kelly Thomas' father flips the switch to the chair with Jay Cicinelli sitting in it.

Just goes to show that they should do more back ground checks on the police. And monitor them more often in order to prevent situations such as this re-occurring.  And imprison the police who do such atrocities against civilians in my opinion. That group of "thug like police need to be taken down once and for all." With videos and witness's this is exactly what general population needs to have in order to control those paychecks and lifestyles of those who are hired to protect and serve instead of , seek and destroying mentalities. Imprison them and put them in general population and let the prison gangs take care of them. 

I read that he was well known in the area, shouldn't the cops have known him. How can a 135 lb. man resist 6 200 lb. thugs. I hope when you vote you remember the DA's office.

Reading the vicious, hateful "comments" here makes me sad, to live in a violent "me first" society, where mentally ill people drift into being vulnerable to (possible) police abuse. The other day, an 18 yo "me first" kid failed to follow police orders, was tased in the chest and died of heart failure. I've had cops come to my home and threaten me as a witness against their boss. You "me first" USA USA USA types don't know what's now coming to Weimar America: ARGENTINA police. You have no idea what kind of "cops" will return from Iraq and Afghanistan.

The death of this person is horrendous and totally unexcusable. When you become a victim or someone in your family is abused, harmed or murdered by city, county or police you begin to realize how bad the problem is. The positive thing is THIS CASE is getting attention and people are taking action. Sadly many other cases have gone unprosecuted and ignored by the DA, Police, FBIand others. Police and courts are given POWER to kill, jail, investigate and abuse innocent people.Often police and judicial jobs that entitle these powers are given to psychopaths, a condition that appears in about 1 in 100 people. People that have no empathy, they care only about power and control, something obvioulsy being done by these officers who killed this person.

Had this event NOT been captured on video as so many are not, nothing would have been done and it would all have been lied about as police and courts often do. Judges who won't allow video cameras in their courts are murdering seniors, children, veterans and the disabled for cash. These six animals, should have been put down at the time of this attack.  They are a discrase to the uniform and the City the citizens they took an oath to protect.  My hope is they get the same treatment / punishment that the rest of us would surely get.  "Forced paid leave" is a sarcastic mockery, offensive and pathetic.  Justice for all, please.

I’ve read many of the news stories about and reactions tothe Kelly Thomas murder and think that something very disturbing is takingplace. The larger, more systemic, and disturbing issue is a lack of selfrestraint, self discipline, and possibly training of some in law enforcement.While I respect the fact that their duty is to serve and to protect, reactionsto situations by some officers often go too far and there is a mentality ofreact first and ask questions later which leads to these types of unfortunatesituations. From what I’ve read, many times fellow officers who speak out aboutmisconduct  are ridiculed or censured.This mentality marginalizes and calls into question the ability of officers  to do what they were sworn to do. My brotheris a schizophrenic and I often worry about his safety. It pains and saddens meto learn that out of six trained officers, not one stepped in to intervene in asituation that ultimately resulted in Kelly’s death. This tragic and avoidableevent does not help to affirm any trust by a public they are sworn to protect.There does not seem to be enough accountability for the actions taken by those inlaw enforcement and not enough policing of the police and unfortunately much ofthis responsibility has fallen on the public. The cops were put on paid leave.  Where I work we call that a vacation. Sooo they went on vacation??   So Fullerton will paying for a long vacation.  Longer than Obama's!!

"The public never had the full picture and never takes into account what officers are experiencing at the time" which why the release of the video is necessary.

The Orange County D.A is inept and there's a clear conflict of interests between them and the Fullerton Police Department.  The Attorney General of the State of California must take over the investigation.

I just want to know how a guy receiving a disability check since he can't function as a cop in LA, is on the streets of Fullerton working as... A cop.

It really upsets me that my tax dollars are paying for these murders to relax and have time off at there home! Only police officers can murder with no consequences! Society at it's best!
