Man Bites Off, Chews, And Spits Out Foe's Eyebrow in Buena Park Street Fight, Cops Say

The popularity of mixed martial arts has young men everywhere thinking they're Anderson Silva, putting drunken foes into technical submission holds and generally beating the hell out of each other.

It's a street fighting renaissance, if you can call it that. But cops say one guy went straight up Cro-Magnon in fisticuffs outside a Buena Park house party over the weekend.

Let's just say the victim got pretty chewed up:

The suspect, later identified as 29-year-old Luis Miguel Aguilar, allegedly bit off his foe's eyebrow, chewed it up, and spit it out, Buena Park police Corporal Andy Luong told the Weekly.

The clash happened about 8:30 Friday night in the driveway of a home in the 7500 block of El Cerro Drive, he said.

After the 41-year-old victim, who was not named, went to a local Kaiser hospital, suspicious medical staff called police about 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

The man actually tried to save the chewed up piece of flesh, Luong said, but it was so torn up that doctors were unable to reattach it. The corporal described it as a chunk containing the victim's right eyebrow "about the size of an egg."

"He's got to get reconstructive surgery," Luong said of the victim.

Aguilar was arrested on suspicion of felony mayhem, and was being detained on an immigration hold because he's allegedly undocumented, Luong said.

It wasn't clear what the fight was about. The corporal:

The suspect punched the victim, got on top of him, straddled him, and leaned in to bite off a big chunk of his right eyebrow area.

Luong said the suspect claimed he didn't even remember biting off the eyebrow. Aguilar, brought in by detectives for an interview Monday, said his actions were in self-defense; he even showed off a few scratches, Luong said:

Based on his interview and lack of physical evidecne that would lend to his self-defense claims, he was arrested for felony mayhem by detectives.

Aguilar, police said, had been drinking, and so had the victim who, it appears, will recover and forever retain the nickname El Unobrow.

So now we have Tyson, who bit off someone's ear, and this guy who bit off someone's eyebrow. Now we just need an article about someone biting off a nose.

How dumb do you have to be to snack on someone's EYEBROW?

Why do you attempt to be funny? Your jokes suck as much as your attempts at journalism.
