Skydive Porn Performers Won't be Charged: Sex in the Skies is Legal, Apparently
Remember that couple who "performed" sex while in mid-air, parachutes dangling from their backs?

Turns out they didn't do anything wrong.

... a skydive instructor and sometime porn star named Alex Torres (a.k.a. Voodoo) and skydive school receptionist Hope Howell started doing it on a plane and then jumped out mid-coitus -- cameras rolling. (NSFW video was here but, alas, is now gone).
There was some concern in Taft after a teenage boy in the area got a hold of the video and sent it to his friends.
But now cops and the FAA say no charges will be filed, according to the website Xbiz:

Torres, however, lost his job. But hey, he could have a future in nude-skydiving tourism.
