The San Bernardino County coroner's office reports that Angelique Deleon of Riverside Anaheim fell while snowboarding yesterday about 3:55 p.m.
The office states that the rider was taken to ...
... Community Hospital of San Bernardino where she was pronounced dead from her injuries at 5:25 PM.

Coroner's Deputy Mark Johnson tells the Weekly that Deleon had gone on at least a few successful runs Sunday before the accident, where she apparently fell forward and tumbled head-over-heels.
She might have suffered from internal injuries as a result: "That was the speculation of the hospital," he said.
An examination of Deleon's body was expected later this week, Johnson said.
A Facebook page for Angelique Nicole Deleon indicates that she was a UC Riverside student living in Anaheim.
A spokesman for UC Riverside confirmed that "there is a student by that name here."
Santa Monica native Rosie Padilla says she's Deleon's cousin. She posted this on Facebook:
I am so sorry for my cousin Angelique Nicole Deleon she is and always have our hearts.... she is beautiful not just in her looks or smile but a heart of gold she would share each day. God Bless and the family... we will all met again with our Lord ..... with Love
