Dislike of Illegal Immigrants Cited as Reason For Near 50 Percent Increase in Anti-Latino Hate Crime in California

• Just tell us what can be done to return our mcdonalds to at least all American employees? Instead of the all latinos prob most illegals who most hate waiting on us Americans! Help we're going down!!!!

• You do realize that farm workers only make up about 20% of the illegal workforce. What about all the illegals in the food industry, the construction industry, the factory industry etc....? I find your statement about Americans getting off their ass laughable and typical.  I have friends with teenaged kids that can't get typical summer jobs anymore at McDonalds, Wendy's etc because illegals have taken them all. I have a good friend that went bankrupt (and is now back on the plus side because of his hard work, something you seem to think Americans don't have) because his construction company was decimated after he could not compete with the low prices other companies offered while they employed illegals. In 20 years of work, my friend never had one problem, in 2 years of work, one company that uses illegals has been sued 4 times because of horrible and sometimes dangerous work. Your last sentence (calling it a sentence is a real stretch by the way) is again, laughable and typical. I have been married to a beautiful, third generation Latina for almost 15 years (she feels the exact same way about illegal immigration as I do.). I am not against the Latino community, I am against people cheating the system and bitching about how unfair they are treated. •  The gap is so wide between people who came here through approved channels legally, and the illegal aliens for the purpose of taking jobs from low income Americans--intentionally or not, and will be in my book and the majority of the American population--ILLEGAL ALIENS? But both are in violation of the law, and have to commit a second offense by procuring a citizens or legal residents ID to work. This alters the original violation from a misdemeanor to a felony. Although under the current Justice Department ruling if they have not committed a felony crime, the new discretionary order from the desk of President Obama, releases them back on the streets. So the DOJ is in fact aiding and abetting a foreign national that is deemed a federal offense by Congress, and undermines their own policies, which is ridiculous.   I wonder what ever happened to the “rule of Law” of which the Obama’s court has now turned a myopic eye to, with the judiciary procedure of the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act completely dropped. Our country has been so crippled by the interests of thousands of special interest lobbyists, given favors to the policymakers; that they even resent the American people reaction to the corruption spawned in Washington.  We have seen it first hand from the ‘insider trading’ by both parties, to name just one secret advantage that the Securities Exchange Commission would throw the common man in prison.   There is a paralysis currently in Congress, from trying to shrink the 15 Trillion dollar federal deficit, with over a hundred billion dollars going in support of the illegal invaders.   The DOJ is also trying to stop the passage of policing laws in the other 45 states through suing them in the courts. Yet five states mainly on the East coast have enacted passage of their own laws, to survive the hordes of economic illegal aliens feeding from the public assistance of a excess of welfare benefits. Just in the past few months the State of Alabama although hammered by the open border activists, the DOJ have factual evidence that their policing laws are working. September was the first full month that the policing reform was enforced, and the unemployment rate fell from 9.8 percent in September to 9.3 percent in October, according to a Nov. 18 (GOA) General Accounting Office report from the state government. You cannot change the inevitable that as illegal aliens leave; jobs are beginning to materialize for US workers? Aid that normally belongs to the disenfranchised poor of this nation, has been whisked away to supplement foreign nationals, who are stealing the country blind. The racket of having a baby here, to get instant citizenship and thereby a toehold in legality, is one of the biggest financial disasters, the courts have imposed; unfunded mandates that the 50 states cannot decline. Health care for economic immigrants and families has been badly mauling medical care daily, as well as the public school system that we inherited from Plyler v. Doe. Illegal alien’s parents are acutely aware that taxpayers must carry the burden in all 50 states to educate their children.  It is mainly unlikely that we can undo these unfunded mandates for free health, schooling for illegal aliens and their children, but E-Verify has the power to send the jobless parents home and most will not leave without their children. In a Rasmussen poll recently published, shows that 65 % more voters--more than ever, are opposed to granting automatic U.S. citizenship to a child born to an illegal immigrant in this country Our country needs professional people with science, math and technology backgrounds, not people who become a taxpayer’s nightmare.   Unless the People, namely the TEA PARTY can rescind or amend the misinterpreted 14th Amendment clause, any illegal alien family can get a free public education and health care. The best chance we have is the national ’THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT’ a deterrent called E-Verify to stop the hiring of illegal workers. A new tax code will be introduced with none of the ‘Quid pro Quo’ of special privileges of subsidies to the giant agricultural corporations, the GE-General Electric’s of this world.     It could possibly be the last chance to alter this unfettered epidemic that the legislators in Congress refuse to acknowledge which is causing financial ruin. If Lamar Smith’s E-Verify becomes the law of the land, subsequently uncountable numbers will begin to  self-depart as the business world are held accountable The businesses causing the encouragement of bring cheap labor here will begin to ebb, as the owners will be facing stiffer fines, loss of company assets and incarceration.
