For those of you folling this case this mans hearing is november 22 in bellflower. David ws laid to rest this past satuday in a wounder celebration of a very loved man!!! He will be so missed! But for those of you who posted your outrage here on how no one helped him i wanted to let you know this little story . A friends daughter shoplifted in this store and was arrested two minutes after she put a 9.00 makeup compact in her purse three plain clothed security stopped her and escoreted her to the office she is being proscuted. How could their be plin clothed security on her that quick and no one help dave. Answer is he wasnt stealing so WALMART DIDNT CARE!!! THIS WALMART HAS HAD MORE THENON INCIDENT IN IT !! DONT SHOP AT WALMART!!

Yeah, I have noticed in my conversations with people that work at Walmart that the company does not care about the customers at all really. It's all about the money. Really sad to be honest.

I am some one who knew dave many years ago he was their whenmy twins were born anda family friend for many years he has a heart of gold and the sweetest man their was . How could no one in the store stop this why didnt some one try. Im horrified and in shock and i cant beleive that this man is not going to pay a higher price for his crime !! No one ever seems to address the increasing aggressivness of the homeless & the vagrants on the sidewalks of West Holllywood, They have become very aggressive in their demands for money, I see them actually charging at people while yelling, I've seen people pick up their dogs and run or stand in door ways of businesses as they are yelled at & threatened. It is almost impossible to go into places like Rite Aid, CVS or 711 without being accosted by sometimes 2 or 3 or more drunk or drugged people all at the same time. As usual, this increasing danger on the streets West Hollywood is ignored by those who should be doing something to protect the public. 3 thugs were purse snatching in front of Pavillions in West Hollywood the other night, plus other attacks & robberies. These criminals must consider West Hollywood an easy mark.

Just curious, but why does every tragedy or morally outrageous incident have to somehow find it's way to the age-old racial scapgoat? Our elected officials have decided that we do not have a right to defend ourselve, the second amendment has been revoked in Ca. for regular citizens, but be sure the police will be there after the crime, investigate and fill the paper work. Every 'Black' person is not a decendent of African slaves - but it appears that most claim it as their heritage. The ones that are need to realize that, utlimately, the lives of their decendents were much better than the lives of Africans who were left behind. Do some research - check into the history of how tribes treated each other (wars / capture / rape / slavery / torture / death). Check into 'Black' Africa's politics - what an eyeopener. And what about the 'Black' people from Europe, North America, etc. who were not 'Africans' - I guess that since they were not 'decendents' of slaves that they do not count? Plac blame where it is due. I do not blame anyone for the actions of another. I was not raised that way. I see no color in people I see them for who they are. If you are wrong you are wrong no matter the color. The point I was trying to make was really Universal Karma since he pulled the race card.
