Both of these people have families and friends who love them. Both people deserve better. If Rachel loved him then, regardless of the assumptions, she would never want her "friends" to bash him. just checked out Rachel's myspace profile. Doesn't seem to be the innocent little angel you all make her out to be. Not true, you should get your facts straight. As far as i know she was on some pretty crazy medications and was heard screaming she wanted to end her life prior to actually doing so. I'm pretty sure GSR has already been determined. If he isn't under arrest by now, that means they found some on her, which means she probably did it to herself (sorry to break the news). At this point they're probably investigating HER motive, not HIS. When investigating Domestic Violence cases, detectives usually target the male half and it's usually pretty textbook that they convict the male even with absolutely minimal evidence (any tiny little scratch/bruise or red mark will usually suffice even if the male shares the same injuries). I have a hard time believing the detectives are still searching for evidence or witnesses to charge him with Murder, they're more than likely searching for a nice way to break the truth to Rachel's family and friends.
