Sex Action Peaks During Winter Holidays, One Writer Says (And September Babies Aren't Arguing With That)
We know, it's icky to think about. But us late summer/early fall babies -- our parents were doing it for the holidays.

Yeah, we just unwrapped that mental package of repressed imagery. (You're welcome).
We always equated hot sex with the season of hot-and-sticky weather and less-is-more beachwear.
But apparently we were wrong:
The Daily Beast's Anneli Rufus breaks down the data and finds that the most common birthday on the planet is Sept. 16. (It's also Mexican Independence Day. Coincidence? We think not).
And then there's December being the biggest month for conception.
There's a December run on condoms -- just before Christmas. (Ew. Yeah - I got you just what you wanted, honey).
And there's the fact that tax incentives seem to spur late-year baby-making.
Finally, rainy days and nights = sex.
Rufus has this down to a science. But there's also what we call the Three Dog Night theory. Sex keeps you warm on a cold winter's eve. That, at least, is what he said in an attempt to get to the home plate.
