Hollywood Clubbers Be Warned: DUI Checkpoint on the Boulevard Tonight

Yeah, the Buzz Killingtons will be out in full force not far from the Cahuenga Corridor clubbing mecca tonight in a seek-and-destroy mission targeting drunk drivers. And that's just about everybody in that area at night.

So here's your warning:

Tonight from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. there will be a DUI checkpoint at Hollywood Boulevard and Bronson Avenue.

But wait, there's more:

Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. there will be a checkpoint somewhere among the vast streets of the LAPD's Wilshire Division (PDF map) (they won't tell us exactly where).

Additionally, we'd expect "saturation patrols" aiming for drunktards near the checkpoints on both nights.

They want us to warn you so you won't drink and drive in the first place. So don't say we didn't tell you.
