'Coregasm' is The New Tae Bo: Women Are Having Silent Orgasms in The Gym

But who knew that "coregasm," the art of the female orgasm while working out, would be the latest craze?
(Madonna will be all over this).
Yes, the corgasm, a study has just confirmed, is for real:
Indiana University researchers looked at 124 women who reported having orgasms during exercise and another 246 who said they felt "sexual pleasure" during their workouts.
The strange thing: Most of their experiences did not involve sexual fantasies. The action was purely physical.
Slightly more than half said that their crescendos happened during abdominal moves, and many reported that the "captain's chair," a device for working the abs that has padded arms and leaves the legs hanging, did the trick.
About 40 percent of the ladies, who ranged in age from 18 to 63, said they have reached the mountaintop more than 10 times while doing their physical routines.
(All this action at the gym, but you'd never know it).
Debby Herbenick, co-director of the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at the school, says:
It may be that exercise -- which is already known to have significant benefits to health and well-being -- has the potential to enhance women's sexual lives as well.
Yeah, well, all we know is if men were having this much arousal at the gym we'd be in handcuffs -- and not the furry kind either.
